  • Simon and the Blueprint Constructions team completed a substantial renovation of our Clifton Hill home in 2018/2019.  We were thoroughly impressed with Simon’s professionalism and dedication to our project.  This was a consistent feature of our interaction with Simon, right from the earliest days of the project when we approached him for an indicative cost estimate (and before he had even been engaged for the job).

    Throughout the project, we felt that Simon and his team cared as much about the quality of the build as we did.  Simon is a perfectionist and has a great eye, which meant that we trusted his judgement and valued his opinion on the many decisions that came up along the way.  Simon is also a great communicator and we always felt that we were kept up to speed about how the build was progressing, when we needed to make various decisions, etc.  We also really appreciated Simon’s positive and constructive approach to resolving issues that came up during the build.

    We were thrilled with the end result of Simon and his team’s work and have loved being in our beautiful home since July 2019.  We would recommend Blueprint Constructions to other renovators without hesitation.
